Cancellation Policy

The Shed Spa Cancellation Policy At The Shed Spa, your time and satisfaction are very important to us. To provide the best service to all of our guests, we kindly ask that you honor our cancellation policy: • For spray tan appointments, we require at least 2 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. • Cancellations made less than 2 hours before your scheduled appointment will incur a 10% cancellation fee based on the service cost. • For makeup applications and bridal makeup packages, we require at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment will incur a 30% cancellation fee based on the service cost. • No-shows or repeated late cancellations may result in a requirement to pay a deposit when booking future services.
