At The Shed Spa, each appointment is intentionally reserved just for you. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or reschedules.
Appointments canceled within 24 hours, as well as missed appointments, will result in forfeiture of 100% of the deposit.
We understand that life happens. A one-time grace may be extended at our discretion for established clients.
